Aerial rescue training tool - Tree climbing competitions
This video can be used as a training tool for the aerial rescue event in tree climbing competitions. We have put the score sheet on the side of the video and we check the boxes as each item is completed. This rescue is by no means perfect, and actually makes for a better video to learn from, to see what you could do in certain situations where points were missed. This video may also help to create your own aerial rescue plan for real life situations.

The 'Mat Fernandez project' - The film
This film follows Mat, an Arborist of 3 years (at the time of filming) from the U.K who has moved to Canada to further his career. The aim is that Mat will compete in his first ever ISA tree climbing competition in September. Dan from ClimbingArborist.com will train Mat over the next 4 months prior to the competition and document his progress along the way. Winner of 'Best in show' film at the Taranaki Tree Film Fest 2015 in New Zealand, as voted by the 'media selection'.
